"Sol à la table" explores the importance of sourcing responsibly and building relationships with your local farmers who devote their lives to food. The short documentary highlights Chef Clark Myers weekly visit to Jackson Hole's summer farmers market where he would gather ingredients for his award-winning five course dining experience at Jenny Lake Lodge. In many ways, the "Sol à la table" short was the seed that would become "Send It", a Luke Stenger Documentary, also filmed in Jackson Hole, WY.
